For perishable items, we use DPD’s food delivery service, which includes temperature-controlled packaging to ensure freshness. You will receive a tracking link and a one-hour delivery window. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If you are unavailable, you can select a safe place for the delivery via the tracking link. We cannot accept responsibility for products left unattended or for failed deliveries.

6.3 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will attempt redelivery. If the item is returned to us due to repeated failures or no one being available to accept the delivery, we cannot guarantee the freshness of perishable goods and will not offer refunds. Any issues with delivery should be addressed directly with DPD.

6.4 International and Remote Deliveries
We offer international shipping, and any applicable customs fees or taxes are the customer's responsibility. Remote areas may incur additional charges or require longer delivery times.

6.5 Delivery Problems
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. For food deliveries, notify us within 24 hours if there are issues with the product's condition. Refunds or replacements will be processed according to our policy.
