Bufala Wholesale is a family business specialising in supplying premium hand-stretched, stonebaked pizza and our signature neapolitan dough to farm shops, delis, pubs, and hotels across the UK.  Whether you're looking to restock your deli with high-quality artisan pizzas or need a premium supplier for your hotel's room service offering, we're here to help.

Our Founder Thomas,  created Pizzeria Bufala through his love and passion for Authentic Neapolitan Pizza. Hand-stretching his award-winning pizzas from a vintage 1965 Citroen HY van across the midlands, he soon established Bufala as the 'UK's 1st Certified Pizzeria on the road'.

Thomas learnt the art of Pizza Napoletana at the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) in Naples, Italy where he trained under Maestro Enzo Esposito (the great grandson of Raffaele Esposito, who created the first Margherita Pizza in 1889).
